- We are family owned company and proud to provide Quality and Affordable Mobile Computer Repair service to community of Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich at flat rate starting from $79/hour with minimum of 1hour Service. Most of the issue does resolve in 1 hour but if its going to take more than that then we will let you know at the time of booking. If we fix your PC in less than 1 hour than we do comprehensive cleanup and optimisation of your pc in remaining time.
- All our offsite services are capped at 3 hours.
- We charge every 30 mins after minimum service with the rate of $64.50 for every 30 mins.
- Standard Assessment Charge ($50) and Liquid damage Assessment Charge ($99) is payable upon equipment drop-off.
- Same Day Service available upon confirmation.
All Prices quoted above are exclusive of Parts. $30 Surcharge applied when travel distance is more than 10 Kms from workshop location and for all Business Clients.
+ Surcharge of $60 will apply for weekend and Public Holiday Onsite Service.
** No Fix, No Fee is only applicable if we can not provide you any solutions to your reported IT problem.
+ Same Day Service charge of $60 may apply, we will confirm at the time of booking.
We use Genuine Apple Used - Grade A Mac parts for all repairs unless otherwise stated. Please refer to invoice or quotation for further details.
