Customer : Mr PayeI arrived at site in Tanah Merah in Brisbane and diagnosed mac for slowness and performance issue. I found that HDD is making clicking sound and did not pass SMART test.
Repalced HDD on imac and reinstalled OS X. All tested ok and found no error.
Also upgraded RAM for better performance.
