I found Microcheap Computers on Google and they are now my "go to" expert computer fixers. My MacBook Pro failed in the middle of an important project I was working on. I thought I would lose the work I had already done and have to get a new laptop. The service I received from Bhav was outstanding. Not only was the laptop fixed and the project saved, but he upgraded my hard drive and it should last me for another 3 - 4 years. Bhav's service was fast, efficient and he was so approachable. He absolutely did what he said he would do and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I trust Microcheap Computers for all future computer repairs and would definitely recommend them to others.

Highly recommend Microcheap! Bhav helped me quickly in a pinch when my Apple MacBook Pro totally crashed in the middle of my work week. He got me an estimate in 24 hours and fixed the whole issue including replacing my hard drive within 2 days. My computer is running like a dream now and all my data was kept intact. Saved a fortune here over what Apple Genius Bar was quoting me.

Recently took in my faulty gaming PC. Whilst diagnosing and repairing the problem I requested an upgrade to a more powerful graphics card (GTX 1070). After dropping it in on a Sunday, I had an answer to the problem the very next day and picked up my gaming PC that same week with a brand new powerful graphics card and fully functional PC. Used it over the weekend and is now running better than it ever has. Service is great, speed was great, and pricing was extremely competitive and low. Ive been to many computer repair places in the past but none match Microcheap for quality, service and price!

I have had some technicians came to work on my Mac. Microcheap was far far far better than the others. Bhavin was so knowledgeable. You may think anyone sent to you would be knowledgeable about Mac. Not true in the past. Also, Bhavin operates by himself in Brisbane. So next time I have trouble, I know Bhavin will come. Efficient service, reasonable price, responsible, I recommend Microcheap to anyone.

Recently my laptop died due to a logic board failure. I was desperate to get my laptop fixed. From various forums, I read about how expensive fixing this type of laptop could be. I looked around for places that offer MBP repair and found Microcheap Computers. The business owner, Bhav, contacted me back next morning after I sent him an enquiry the evening before. I was tight on budget as I am a student. Bhav understood this and he was able to fix my MBP at a very decent price and time period. I also replaced my old battery and upgraded the RAM in the process. Prior to contacting Bhav, I did also call a few other businesses to get a quote on fixing a logic board issue. All of them quoted me a much higher price. Hence, it made sense for me to take my laptop to Bhav. My overall experience with Microcheap Computers was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a 2009 iMac Desktop Computer which had vertical lines on screen (graphics card problem) when switched on. When I contacted Apple and a few Apple specialists technicians if it can be repaired, I got told that it was a vintage machine and they no longer make parts for that particular model. Furious and annoyed because the computer was probably beyond repair and noting it wasn’t a cheap computer to buy, the last thing I wanted to do was throw it out when I can at least find out if it can be repairable. Low and behold, I did a bit of searching and found Micro Cheap Computers. Explained my situation to Bhav and he said he can repair it. I can’t thank Bhav enough for being able to fix my computer after being told it couldn’t by Apple. He has a lot experience with Apple products so I had no doubts. Dropped off computer Saturday and it was repaired and ready for pick up on Tuesday. Excellent and Friendly Service. I will definitely use their service again and will highly recommend them. Thank you once again Bhav for being my saving grace in repairing my computer.

My laptop got water damage and I decided to visit this place after seeing positive reviews on google. Bhav worked really well on his customer service. He explained to me in simple terms what kind of damage my laptop may have and what check he would be doing. Besides that, he also maintained communication with me through sending me the damaged areas in my laptop.

Bhav did a great job rescuing my daughter's Macbook Air, which came in contact with water from an overturned water bottle in her bag. It was an urgent job, as she was busy preparing for her exams. Bhav was very helpful, and provided us with regular updates about the repair progress, despite the fact the he was busy relocating his business at the time.The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I can highly recommend his business.

If ever there was a Tech bloke who deserves great success with his business - it’s undoubtedly Bhav. His service is second to none, he has a great understanding of both Mac hardware and software. Importantly, he listens and he is very patient, making sure everything works exactly how you want it to be. He recently upgraded my 2015 27” iMac to a SSD and transferred everything from the original HD over to the SSD. I have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Bhav to anyone to solve their hardware and/software problems.

Bhav helped me retrieve important data from my damaged Mac-book pro 2015 model. He was very quick to find out the hardware issue. The same was diagnosed at Apple store. Repairing was not an option due to the expensive Apple parts involved. So I requested him to retrieve the data from my SSD. Since I could not share my login credentials with him he used his SSD enclosure to boot my OS from his iMac. Then I was able to copy the data to my external drive. I really appreciate his quick thinking. His pricing was affordable and I highly recommend him for any Mac repairs.

Bhav replaced the hard drive in my 9 year old iMac with an SSD for less than it would have cost for me just to purchase the drive myself. Now it runs like it's brand new again. The amount he quoted me on the phone was the amount charged. Service was prompt and I'm very happy with the quality of work carried out.

I found Microcheap via the web and dropped off two MacBook Pros to see if they were repairable. Yes, they were able to be repaired and yes, they were. And very quickly and remarkably inexpensively. Although it did take a while to repair the MacBook Pro, that was due to Covid19 and suppliers/supplies. In the end it believe my daughter will be very happy to have an updated computer back. Very fair pricing and communicates well. Highly recommend Bhavin Shah business to anyone.

I highly recommend Bhav and his business, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish with our slow performing Mac desktop computer. Bhav was great at calling me and following up (without being annoying or too persistent) when I was too busy to get back to him so it was refreshing that I as the customer didn't have to chase them. He was completely transparent with all of our options and pricing and gave us options and ways to save money like we could do our own back up or they could do that for us for X cost. Likewise he gave the option of them picking up the computer for a small fee or us dropping it off to save money. In the end he had a job in our area and didn't even charge us to collect it. All costs were very reasonable and explained in detail. We are also extremely happy with the outcome of the repair and our Mac is nice and speedy again. In addition, following our repair I had an issue trying to download some software for my sons new LeapFrog computer (unrelated to our fixed issue) and Bhav was kind enough to try and help me resolve the issue over the phone. Honestly can't recommend their customer service enough, hence why I am taking the time to give a review as it is getting harder to come by these days! Thanks again!

My iMac hard drive was corrupted and I thought that I might have lost all of my files. Service from Microcheap was exceptional… recovered everything and installed a new drive… saved the data and a lot of money - was thinking about buying a new computer. Highly recommend!!!
