I found Microcheap Computers on Google and they are now my "go to" expert computer fixers. My MacBook Pro failed in the middle of an important project I was working on. Recently took in my faulty gaming PC. Whilst diagnosing and repairing the problem I requested an upgrade to a more powerful graphics card (GTX 1070). After dropping it in on a Sunday, I had an answer to the problem the very next day and picked up my gaming PC that same week with a brand new powerful graphics card and fully functional PC. Used it over the weekend and is now running better than it ever has. Service is great, speed was great, and pricing was extremely competitive and low. Recently my laptop died due to a logic board failure. I was desperate to get my laptop fixed. From various forums, I read about how expensive fixing this type of laptop could be. I looked around for places that offer MBP repair and found Microcheap Computers. The business owner, Bhav, contacted me back next morning after I sent him an enquiry the evening before. I was tight on budget as I am a student. Bhav understood this and he was able to fix my MBP at a very decent price and time period. I also replaced my old battery and upgraded the RAM in the process. Prior to contacting Bhav, I did also call a few other businesses to get a quote on fixing a logic board issue. All of them quoted me a much higher price. Hence, it made sense for me to take my laptop to Bhav. My overall experience with Microcheap Computers was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.read more

I have a 2009 iMac Desktop Computer which had vertical lines on screen (graphics card problem) when switched on. When I contacted Apple and a few Apple specialists technicians if it can be repaired, I got told that it was a vintage machine and they no longer make parts for that particular model. Furious and annoyed because the computer was probably beyond repair and noting it wasn’t a cheap computer to buy, the last thing I wanted to do was throw it out when I can at least find out if it can be repairable. Low and behold, I did a bit of searching and found Micro Cheap Computers. Explained my situation to Bhav and he said he can repair it. I can’t thank Bhav enough for being able to fix my computer after being told it couldn’t by Apple. He has a lot experience with Apple products so I had no doubts. Dropped off computer Saturday and it was repaired and ready for pick up on Tuesday. Excellent and Friendly Service. I will definitely use their service again and will highly recommend them. Bhav did a great job rescuing my daughter's Macbook Air, which came in contact with water from an overturned water bottle in her bag. It was an urgent job, as she was busy preparing for her exams. Bhav helped me retrieve important data from my damaged Mac-book pro 2015 model. He was very quick to find out the hardware issue. The same was diagnosed at Apple store. Repairing was not an option due to the expensive Apple parts involved. So I requested him to retrieve the data from my SSD. Since I could not share my login credentials with him he used his SSD enclosure to boot my OS from his iMac. Then I was able to copy the data to my external drive. I really appreciate his quick thinking. His pricing was affordable and I highly recommend him for any Mac repairs.read more

I highly recommend Bhav and his business, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish with our slow performing Mac desktop computer. Bhav was great at calling me and following up (without being annoying or too persistent) when I was too busy to get back to him so it was refreshing that I as the customer didn't have to chase them. He was completely transparent with all of our options and pricing and gave us options and ways to save money like we could do our own back up or they could do that for us for X cost. Likewise he gave the option of them picking up the computer for a small fee or us dropping it off to save money. In the end he had a job in our area and didn't even charge us to collect it. All costs were very reasonable and explained in detail. We are also extremely happy with the outcome of the repair and our Mac is nice and speedy again. In addition, following our repair I had an issue trying to download some software for my sons new LeapFrog computer (unrelated to our fixed issue) and Bhav was kind enough to try and help me resolve the issue over the phone. Honestly can't recommend their customer service enough, hence why I am taking the time to give a review as it is getting harder to come by these days! Thanks again!read more

Amazing service from Bhav. My MacBook Pro failed to turn on one morning (around Christmas), and he was so accomodating to book it in to look at over the holiday period. I had it back and working within 2 weeks (no data lost). I honestly thought I'd lost the hard drive, and whole MacBook entirely. Not only did he recover all the data on the hard drive, he also asked if I'd like an external hard drive with a fresh backup, with a warning to keep backing up regularly in case it failed again. Bhav not only fixed the problem, but went out of his way to ensure that should the problem reoccur, I would still have all my data. I can't say enough about Bhav's amazing service.
